Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: name, email, organization details (industry, location, revenue, employee count), and uploaded documents. We also collect usage data to improve our grant matching.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your organization profile data powers ClearPath Match to find relevant grants. We use your email to send transactional notifications (matches, deadlines, application updates). We never sell your personal data.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely in Canada using encrypted databases hosted on Supabase. Documents are stored in Supabase Storage with access controls. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing, Resend for email delivery, and OpenAI/Anthropic for ClearPath's matching and writing features. These services have their own privacy policies and process limited data as needed.

5. Your Rights

You can access, update, or delete your data at any time through your account settings. You may request a full export of your data or account deletion by contacting us.
